Immostar does not collect personal information without your consent. We collect your personal information primarily:
through the credit application form and your credit file;
when requesting appointments for our residential and commercial projects;
through a transaction made with you;through an information request form for each project;
by registering on our platforms for tenant property management.
The personal information we collect with your consent may include your name, address, email address, phone number, IP address, and cookie content.
We limit the collection of personal information to what is necessary for the legal operation in question. We also take reasonable measures to ensure that our methods of personal information retention comply with applicable laws.

We limit the use of your personal information to the purposes for which it has been disclosed and for which appropriate consents have been obtained, or for purposes otherwise permitted by law.
Immostar uses personal information to correspond with you and schedule appointments for residential and commercial leasing of our various projects. Immostar also uses this personal information to provide you, as per your requests, with additional information about its projects and services. Additionally, Immostar uses personal information for market research.

Immostar may disclose personal information to parties engaged in assisting us, including but not limited to our partners, with whom we may share your personal information for residential leasing management and credit checks.
Furthermore, Immostar does not share your personal information outside of Quebec. For our partners conducting business in Quebec, they must commit, by contract, to comply with the requirements of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, and Immostar requires these suppliers to protect the personal information provided to them.
5. Third-Party Websites
There are several places on our website where you can click on links that may collect personal information, such as the appointment scheduling feature with our brokers for residential leasing, which are not subject to the terms of this policy. We recommend reviewing the protection policy of each third party.

We collect, use, and disclose personal information when the individual gives consent for the purposes for which that information will be collected, used, or disclosed.

Immostar retains your personal information for as long as necessary in compliance with the purposes for which this information was collected and as long as applicable laws require.
