IMMOSTAR is launching Le Huppé rental condos in the Lebourgneuf sector, the first real estate project in Quebec aspiring to WELL certification, which places people and their well-being at the heart of its design.
“WELL-certified projects place people at the heart of the project by promoting their well-being! The first standard entirely devoted to the health and well-being of the individual in their interior space, projects must meet several design criteria divided into 10 concepts such as better indoor air quality, increased light nature, a design based on biophilic principles aimed at strengthening the link between the occupants and nature as well as a spatial configuration facilitating active travel, promoting exchanges and reducing sedentary lifestyle. I am very happy to support IMMOSTAR in obtaining this certification and creating innovative living environments! », points out Maude Pintal, WELL Ædifica coordinator.
During the design of Le Huppé rental condos, particular care was taken in the creation of common areas. Classroom, catering area, children's corner, library area with collaborative work lounge, outdoor terrace with brazier area, community vegetable garden and storage for bicycles are thus added to the more classic attractions of rental projects such as the indoor swimming pool, the full gym and the lounge, which will have a large fireplace. Tenants will also benefit from a multitude of integrated services, such as the reception of refrigerated parcels, yoga classes, health and nutrition advice adapted to each season, as well as the recovery of batteries, small electrical appliances and glass bottles. Even the stairwell will be aesthetically interesting, which will encourage tenants to use it and have positive effects on their health.
"The gradual setbacks of the top floors create movement in the volume of the building and allow users to benefit from large terraces. The architecture of Le Huppé is punctuated by the play of forward and backward balconies, as well as by the juxtaposition of various materials, such as prefabricated concrete panels, glass and metal, which create a contrast of textures in the within the whole. The exterior architecture of Le Huppé is in dialogue with the interior fittings carried out in collaboration with Camdi Design. The choices of finishes harmonize with the surrounding nature through the use of wood and the integration of interior plant elements,” adds Pierre Martin, of PMA Architectes.
Construction of Le Huppé rental condos will begin in November 2019 and delivery is scheduled for spring 2021. It is possible to discover the Le Huppé project now by visiting lehuppe.ca.
