Immostar gives birth to a new industrial project in the heart of the François-Leclerc Industrial Park in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures. On a 450,000 square-foot site, stands an imposing 122,000 square-foot building destined to become one of the main distribution centers for PepsiCo Canada.
This modern building, with 34 garage doors and over a hundred dedicated truck bays, will facilitate the storage, distribution and warehousing of the company.
François Pelchat, Partner and Vice President, Development and Marketing at Immostar, comments: "We are very proud of this project, which now positions Immostar as a key player in the Quebec City industrial market. With our recent acquisition of more than 12 million square-feet of land south of the Quebec City airport, we will soon have a new offer to fill the great shortage of industrial land in Quebec City."
Mindful of the imperative to build with a stronger future in mind, this distribution center was designed and built with the utmost respect for environmental standards. The building, whose construction and fit-out is being handled by Immostar, will be completed in early autumn.
Founded two decades ago, Immostar's fundamental mission remains the same: to exert a positive and significant influence in Quebec's residential, commercial and industrial rental sector. This new project stands as a testament to the company's ongoing commitment to innovation, the environment, and the local economy.
